Steve Seymour and his son, Mark Seymour, have been serving up fresh oysters from Drayton Harbor Oyster Company since the 1980s. Steve — a fisheries biologist-turned-oyster farmer — has always been passionate about the marine world and prior to opening his oyster farm, Steve spent most of his career running salmon hatcheries for the Lummi Nation and working on fish enhancement projects throughout Washington State.
